Facility construction

We build your purifier, on your site, then hand you the keys.

For programs that need a standing, in-house supply of purified salt, we design and construct a molten salt purification facility at your location — sized to your throughput and salt chemistry — and leave you fully equipped to run it: design package, bill of materials, full documentation, and trained operators.

The process

Five steps, from spec to trained crew

01

Requirements & process design

We define throughput, target salt chemistry, impurity specs, and site constraints, then engineer the purification process — electrolytic, HF/HCl sparging, or hydrogen reduction, depending on the salt system and your facility’s handling capability.

02

Bill of materials & design package

A complete BOM, P&ID, mechanical drawings, and control system design are delivered as part of the package — built around equipment you can source and maintain locally.

03

On-site construction

Our crew builds the purifier at your facility: vessel and furnace installation, gas handling and inert-atmosphere systems, instrumentation, and control integration.

04

Commissioning & documentation

The unit is commissioned against your target salt and purity spec. You receive full as-built documentation, standard operating procedures, and maintenance schedules.

05

Operator training

Hands-on training for your team on operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting — so the facility runs independently of us from day one.

Deliverables

What's included

Every facility build concludes with a complete handoff — nothing proprietary held back.

 • Process design sized to your throughput and salt chemistry
 • Full bill of materials with sourcing notes
 • P&ID, mechanical, and control system drawings
 • On-site construction and installation
 • Commissioning against your purity specification
 • As-built documentation and maintenance schedule
 • Operator training for your staff
